• Contact Information: Name, Email, Age, Gender. Age is always hidden, it is only used as a privacy and safety measure to allow people with similar age groups to connect.

• Location only when you open the app. We do not track your location in the background.

• Google Analytics for the Usage activity of our users on the app such as the amount of time spent on the app per day.

Your location is only updated when you open the app, it does not track your location in the background. You have control to hide your location on the map.

2. This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by Mapbuzz Ltd at any time. 3. Mapbuzz Gold Subscription

• Gold subscription gives users a Gold account which unlocks premium features.
• You can cancel your Gold memberships at any time by going to your profile page > settings icon on the top > settings link at the bottom > you will find the cancel button here. When you cancel your subscription it will end instantly. If you want to cancel your monthly subscription make sure you do it 24 hours prior to your billing date.

The materials on Mapbuzz Ltd's app/website are provided "as is". Mapbuzz Ltd makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights. Further, Mapbuzz Ltd does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its app/website or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.
